Genesis 2:7, God’s DNA, Breathe of Life

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Genesis 1, illustrates the creation of the perfect universe. As part of that narrative, men and women are brought into being (Genesis 1:27). Then, Genesis chapter 2 shrinks our focus from His creation to the development of the first man. To grasp an understanding of Genesis we must picture this scene inside our mind. With the words found in scripture God amends His word and permits us to see that humanity is extraordinary from the rest of His creation.
All of life was inaugurated by God, but human life began with the personal breath of God. Without God, humankind would not exist. The name Adam is directly from the Hebrew ā’dām; which, accurately indicates “man.” This name signifies that the dirt from which we were formed has the following connotation: the Hebrew word for ground is adamah. With these truths lets move onto another Holy Spirit guided thought: The Spit of God. Why is the spit of God important? Well, in the beginning God breathed His word. Take the next moments to imagine someone blowing up a beach ball or maybe take the time to blow up a balloon. Today, modern science, can now get your DNA from that beachball. What is the significance of your DNA? According to the following website: http://www.quora.com/Why-is-DNA-so-important, your DNA is important because, “DNA is important for inheritance, coding for proteins and the genetic instruction that guides for life and its processes, DNA also holds the instructions for an organism’s or each cell’s development and reproduction.” Okay! So, when we breathe into a beachball or a balloon we leave a lot of our spit behind. Therefore, when God breathed into Adam there was spit in His breath. This spit contained the DNA of God. Isn’t that wonderful? When each new baby is born the DNA of God is passed from one generation to the next! The spit of God makes the word a living book, because when we read it, and then teach about it, that DNA is poured out upon the world. Amen!
As Christians we can trace our family tree back to the birth of Jesus and then we can trace the existence of Jesus back to God. It is the truth that Jesus really lived and breathed over 2,000 years ago. The Bible foretold of the birth of Jesus while Adam and Eve were in the garden. One can read this account in the following scripture: “Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” This scripture alone reveals that Jesus will come through an Earthly birth. Satan then amps up the attacks on all women, because he does not know which woman will that will birth Jesus into the World. By understanding the Satanic mission against women we understand why all the injustices against woman have occurred in History.
In the first book of Matthew, God felt it important to include in the Bible, because it traces the family lineage of Jesus Christ. Sometimes, reading who beget who is boring, but pay attention to the following: Matthew 1:1-17: From Abraham to Jesus
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judah, Perez (whose mother was Tamar)
Hezron, Ram, Amminadab, Nahshon, Salmon, Boaz (whose mother was Rahab)
Obed (whose mother was Ruth), Jesse, David Solomon (whose mother was Bathsheba)
Rehoboam, Abijah, Asa, Jehoshaphat, Johoram, Uzziah, Jotham
Ahaz, Hezekiah, Manasseh, Amon, Josiah, Jeconiah, Shealtiel
Zerubbabel, Abiud, Eliakim, Azor, Zadok, Achim, Eliud, Eleazer
Matthan, Jacob, Joseph (the husband of Mary), and then Jesus
Perhaps, sometime in our future, scientist will be able to use DNA to tract the Earthly inheritance of Jesus. For right now, the Biblical evidence of Jesus proves who He was and who He is!
