Why do Christians need to pray?
Prayer for the born again Christian is an important as breath itself. The Christian that neglects prayer will shrivel up and die! Prayer is the way we communicate with our Savior and without a great prayer life the soul of a Christian will simply have a melting away effect. (Scripture Portion: Luke 11: 1-13; 18: 1-8) Overall, we pray to God for help solving the problems that we can not handle ourselves.
Most Christians need instructions on how to pray! Some folks even need question: what is accomplished by prayer. The first thing one would need to know about prayer is who you are praying too. The book of Isaiah 57:15 describes who we pray to best. (Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.) In addition, According to Luke 11:1 prayer gives meaning and promises. The method of our prayer is easy and it’s the most powerful tool in a Christians arsenal. In Luke 11:1, he was taught to pray by John, but he still needed a little more guidance with prayer, because he asked Jesus to explain the matter further. (Luke 11:1 1And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, LORD, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.) Then, in Romans 8:26-27 we learn one reason why we should pray! (Romans 8:26-27 26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.)
Prayer is a persistent habit of the Christian.
Now, let’s examine the importance prayer is given in the Word of God. The subject of prayer is emphasized in the Word of God in an abundance of scriptures, but let’s examine Hebrews 5:7. In Hebrews we find Christ speaking to God. So, if we are to model Christ; then, we should also seek to speak with God. As we read scripture, we find Jesus in constant conversation with God; therefore we should also make prayer as one of our key habits. As I read the word of God I notice that Jesus often withdrew from people to pray by Himself (Luke 5:16). Jesus also prayed for Himself, His followers and soon-to-be followers (John 17). Even today, Jesus keeps interceding for all who believe (Hebrews 7:25 and Romans 8:34). Hence, if the Son of God kept praying to communicate with His Father in heaven, we who are adopted as children of God (see Ephesians 1:5) ought to pray as well. Finally, more than just demonstrating prayer for us, Jesus instructions us to pray. In Mark 13:33 He communicates that He wants us to “watch and pray,” partly because He will return again to bring us to a place that He prepared for us. Another reason Jesus desires us to continue praying so that we will be prepared for the time temptation comes knocking. Finally, there are so many other reasons to pray, but the point is distinct: Prayer is a mandate that is persistent in the scriptures of the Bible and we must obey.
To conclude this lesson on why we should pray generate a list and record the reasons you pray. (I’ve also included some scriptures to help guide your study.)
1 Thessalonians 5:17 (Verse 17 says, “Pray without ceasing.”. And verse 18 says, “In everything give thanks.”. So the answer seems to be that continual prayer and thanksgiving is a key to the rejoicing or the delighting in God and his Word that makes a person fruitful and durable and spiritually prosperous in relation to all kinds of people.)

Historical notes focused on Rosemary essential oils:
Rosemary oil is a popular essential oil known for its wide array of health benefits. It has become increasingly important and popular over the years as more of its benefits are known, including its ability to stimulate hair growth, boost mental activity, relieve respiratory problems, and reduce pain. In addition, according to a 2015 report published in the Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine: rosemary oil is often used for curing indigestion, relieving flatulence, stomach cramps, constipation, and bloating. This essential oil is also thought to relieve symptoms of dyspepsia and is an appetite stimulant. Finally, Research has shown that rosemary essential oil detoxifies the liver, whilst helping in the regulation, creation, and release of bile, which is a key part of the digestive process. A team of researchers from Libya published a report in the Indian Journal of Experimental Biology, that gave empirical evidence to show that rosemary oil helps in increasing the volume of secretion of bile from the liver and prevent damage to the vital organ. The researchers conducted an experiment, in which they used freeze-dried ethanol and liquid extracts of young sprouts of rosemary to protect rats against chemical-driven liver damage. It was discovered that by feeding rats rosemary sprouts, there was a significant increase in their bile flow, and, also a drastic improvement in their liver conditions.
