Instructions for Safe Use
1. To help keep your pillow fresh and clean be sure to keep it in a sealed bag.
2. When frozen the herbs will not freeze solid and when needed treat your swelling/aching feet, pulled muscles, carpel tunnel, hives, etc.
3. When using your pillow to heat in or out of your bag. Add a couple sprays of plain water or essential oil blends. Heat for one minute and a half on each side.
4. For moist heat leave inside of your bag! This helps open your pores and allows the therapeutic benefit to seep in your skin.
5. Do not place your pillow back in your bag while wet or damp!
6. Heating more than three minutes will cause damage to your herbs.
