Candy Bar Pretzel Cookies are easy to make with mini candy bars sandwiched between pretzels. They’re perfect for cookie exchanges, peppermint bowls, or in mason jars as a gift!
After I had all these mini candy bars I did not give out for trunk or treat. Therefore, I decided to make another easy Christmas cookie this year: Candy Bar Pretzel Bites. They are pretzels stuffed with mini candy bars and dipped in a vanilla candy coating.
Line a baking sheet with a pampered chef silicone mat or parchment paper. Top with as many rectangular pretzels as you have mini candy bars. I put down 30 pretzels.

Unwrap the mini candy bars. My bag had a mix of about 30 Snickers, 3 Musketeers, Milky Way, Milky Way Dark and Twix. I didn’t use the Twix bars.
Put the mini candy bars on the pretzels and warm in the oven at 300 degrees for about 3 minutes. If you are only making a few of these at a time, you could soften them in the microwave for a few second.

Allow the chocolate to harden. Then, dip one side of the candy bar pretzel sandwich into melted white chocolate.
We really enjoyed the chocolate melts from celebrations on Dee St. in South Charleston WV.

Return to the covered baking sheet and add red sprinkles.
